WELL BEING ABOUNDS MY FRIENDS!
Yep WELL BEING is ALWAYS flowing TO you and THROUGH you! The question is "ARE YOU LETTING IT IN?". Well you can tell whether you ARE or you ARE NOT by how you FEEL and by what is SHOWING UP in your physical reality. Understand that your THOUGHTS contribute GREATLY to your WELL BEING, so PAY ATTENTION to what you are thinking about. Are you constantly saying you are TIRED or WORE OUT or EXHAUSTED? Are you WORRIED or living in FEAR of sickness, disease, a virus or maybe even "death"? Or are you IMAGINING the cells of your body DANCING and THRIVING and VIBRANTS? Now this doesn't mean you've gotta be bouncing off the wall with ENTHUSIASM 24/7 or running some marathon or some other extraordinary activity. But rather PAYING ATTENTION to what is going on INTERNALLY. What is the MESSAGE you are telling to the cells of your body? Maybe it's time to be more like Tigger and have a BOUNCY, POUNCY,
